  • Show recorded scheduler and notification-worker health in Live Chat settings and API responses, and flag unverified or delayed scheduling in plugin health when enabled offline notifications require it.
  • Share CMS execution evidence instead of treating registered tasks or storage readiness as proof of a running scheduler. Immediate-only notifications without daily summaries do not acquire a scheduling requirement.
  • Explain the setup owner and hosting dependencies in six languages. Requires CMS 1.95.1.
